TL;DR

This is a personal Project of mine, and sadly it’s unofficial. I hope that this will change anytime.

Who is a follower of the work of mine knows that Slipknot is one of the biggest inspirations for me. Their music is like fuel to my everyday life.

The band is currently on their We Are Not Your Kind World Tour and will be performing live in my small country on the 4th of February, 2020 and I’ve wanted to do a quick Sunday Afternoon Practice – You know it’s winter, so there aren’t that much opportunity to choose from. Please welcome the outcome of it : A concert poster for their upcoming gig in Budapest.

Short description: I have made a  goat head illustration as the main figure which is a returning Symbol in the bands imagery. On the top of the Head you can see the Holy Crown of Hungary which is one of the most important things in the history of Hungary.

I have strictly followed their style while creating this image. I’m really satisfied with the result and it has received an acclaim from the online fanbase that’s why I have uploaded it to my portfolio.

Trivia: Combining the Holy Crown and the Goat head can be a reference to their lead single “Unsainted” from their last album “We Are Not Your Kind” which you can listen here.
